Controller
FENIX PLUS SA, Chemin de la Rueyre 116, 1020 Renens VD, Switzerland, is the data controller. For privacy questions or data-subject requests, contact info@fenixplus.ch or +41 78 347 39 11.
Data we process
The form collects name, email address, optional telephone number, project type and a free-text message. Hosting also processes technical data needed to provide and secure the service, including IP address, time, request, user agent, and error or security logs.
Vercel Web Analytics measures visits and aggregated technical information. We do not send it names, email addresses, telephone numbers, project descriptions or custom personal identifiers.
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiries to respond, prepare quotations and take pre-contractual steps. Security, abuse prevention and technical improvement rely on legitimate interests. We also process data to comply with applicable legal obligations. A quotation request does not rely on marketing consent and no separate marketing is offered.
Recipients and processors
Only authorised FENIX PLUS SA personnel receive enquiries. Vercel hosts the site and API and provides Web Analytics. Infomaniak provides the authenticated email service that delivers enquiries to info@fenixplus.ch. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Vercel is an international provider and, depending on the service configuration, data may be processed outside Switzerland or the EEA. Any transfer must rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Infomaniak processing follows its contractual terms and the email-service configuration. FENIX PLUS SA must retain the corresponding contractual records.
Retention
Enquiries and emails are kept only as long as needed for project follow-up, the business relationship and applicable legal duties, then deleted or anonymised. Technical logs and analytics follow the periods configured at Vercel. A numeric period will be published only after the company formalises its internal deletion schedule.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where available, portability. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn for the future. We may carry out a proportionate identity check.
In Switzerland you may complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Where the GDPR applies, you may also complain to the competent authority where you live or work.
Security, profiling and children
Measures include HTTPS, security headers, form validation and limits, abuse controls and restricted access. We do not publish details that could weaken security. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. The service is not directed to children and we do not seek their data.
Cookies and local storage
Language is represented in the URL and is not stored in the browser. The site embeds no advertising, marketing pixels, maps or social feeds. Vercel Web Analytics is used in its aggregate, cookie-free configuration. No consent banner is displayed because no non-essential storage or consent-requiring tracker is loaded. If that changes, affected resources must be blocked until opt-in.
