Controller

FENIX PLUS SA, Chemin de la Rueyre 116, 1020 Renens VD, Switzerland, is the data controller. For privacy questions or data-subject requests, contact info@fenixplus.ch or +41 78 347 39 11.

Data we process

The form collects name, email address, optional telephone number, project type and a free-text message. Name, email address and message are required to process an enquiry; telephone number and project type are optional. Without the required information, we cannot respond to the enquiry. The website and its service providers also process technical information and logs needed to operate and secure the service, such as IP address, timestamps, browser information and security events.

Website analytics tools measure visits and aggregated technical information. Contact enquiries are not used to create personalised profiles.

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiries to respond, prepare quotations and take pre-contractual steps. Security, abuse prevention and technical improvement rely on legitimate interests. We also process data to comply with applicable legal obligations. A quotation request does not rely on marketing consent and no separate marketing is offered.

Recipients and processors

Only authorised FENIX PLUS SA personnel receive enquiries. External hosting and email service providers may process the data needed to operate the website and receive contact enquiries. They use the data only to provide those services. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

Any international transfers carried out by external service providers are covered by the safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention

Enquiries and emails are kept only as long as needed for project follow-up, the business relationship and applicable legal duties, then deleted or anonymised. Technical data is kept for as long as necessary to operate and secure the service.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where available, portability. Consent-based processing can be withdrawn for the future. We may carry out a proportionate identity check.

In Switzerland you may complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Where the GDPR applies, you may also complain to the competent authority where you live or work.

Security, profiling and children

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. The service is not directed to children.

Cookies and local storage

Language is represented in the URL and is not stored in the browser. The site embeds no advertising, marketing pixels, maps or social feeds. Website analytics tools are used in an aggregated, cookie-free configuration. No consent banner is displayed because no non-essential storage or consent-requiring tracker is loaded.
